21-Day Quantum Leap Challenge

These Terms Of Service govern your purchase of, enrollment in, access to, and participation in the 21-Day Quantum Leap Challenge, including the Quantum Self-Guided Experience, Quantum Guided Experience, and Quantum VIP Experience.
By purchasing or participating in the 21-Day Quantum Leap Challenge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms Of Service.
1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The 21-Day Quantum Leap Challenge is a personal development, educational, spiritual, and transformational experience designed around three phases: Death, Rebirth, And Embodiment.
Depending upon the Experience Level purchased, the Challenge may include digital course materials, workbooks, guided meditations, transformation practices, mirror work, reflection exercises, community access, live ceremonies, live guided integration sessions, coaching, and other related resources or experiences.
Program content, scheduling, delivery methods, and specific activities may be reasonably modified when necessary to support the delivery of the experience.
2. EXPERIENCE LEVELS
Participants receive access according to the Experience Level purchased.
Quantum Self-Guided Experience | $97
Includes the complete 21-Day Transformation Experience, Quantum Initiation Ceremony, daily transformation practices, guided meditations, Future Self Mirror Work Rituals, Quantum Anchors, Quantum Leap Actions, weekly integration reflections, Quantum Leap Workbook, and Facebook Community access.
Quantum Guided Experience | $197
Includes everything provided in the Quantum Self-Guided Experience, plus Weekly Live Guided Integration Sessions, expanded weekly teachings, community accountability, and email support regarding the course and participant experience.
Quantum VIP Experience | $297
Includes everything provided in the Quantum Guided Experience, plus access to the VIP Quantum Coaching Lounge, personalized coaching, hot seat coaching, priority question submission, extended coaching and integration time, VIP coaching session replays, and the Quantum Leap Manifestation Ceremony | The Official Closing Ceremony.
Access is limited to the Experience Level purchased unless an authorized upgrade is subsequently purchased.
3. DIGITAL ACCESS
Participants are responsible for maintaining access to a compatible device, reliable internet connection, valid email address, and any third-party platforms required to participate in the Challenge.
Login credentials and course access are intended solely for the registered participant and may not be shared, transferred, sold, or distributed.
4. LIVE SESSIONS AND ATTENDANCE
Certain Experience Levels include live ceremonies, guided sessions, coaching sessions, or other live experiences.
Participants are responsible for attending scheduled live experiences when they wish to participate.
Failure to attend a live session does not entitle the participant to a refund, credit, transfer, replacement session, or other compensation.
Replays may be provided when expressly included in the participant’s Experience Level. Availability of a replay should not be assumed unless specifically stated.
5. PAYMENT
Payment is due according to the pricing and payment method selected at checkout.
Where third-party payment services such as Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay, or another financing provider are available, approval, payment schedules, fees, financing terms, and other obligations are governed by the applicable provider’s separate terms.
Use of a third-party payment provider does not alter these Terms Of Service or the participant’s enrollment in the Challenge.
6. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the digital nature of the 21-Day Quantum Leap Challenge, access to proprietary materials, and access to program experiences beginning upon enrollment, all sales are final, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, no refunds, cancellations, credits, exchanges, or transfers will be provided after purchase.
Participants are encouraged to carefully review the Experience Levels, program description, dates, and included features before completing their purchase.
Failure to participate, complete the Challenge, access materials, attend available sessions, or utilize included resources does not create eligibility for a refund.
7. UPGRADES
When available, participants may be offered an opportunity to upgrade from one Experience Level to another.
Upgrade availability, pricing, deadlines, and eligibility may vary.
Purchasing an upgrade grants access to the additional features specifically included in the upgraded Experience Level. An upgrade does not create a refund or credit for previously purchased services except where expressly stated.
8. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
The 21-Day Quantum Leap Challenge is an educational, spiritual, and personal-development experience.
Participation does not guarantee any particular personal, spiritual, relationship, health, business, career, financial, or other outcome.
Participants remain solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, interpretations, implementation, and results.
Transformation requires personal participation. Purchasing or completing the Challenge does not guarantee a particular outcome.
9. NOT MEDICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT
The Challenge and its materials are provided for educational, spiritual, and personal-development purposes and are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment from an appropriately licensed professional.
Participants should seek qualified professional assistance for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other health concerns when appropriate.
Nothing provided through the Challenge should be interpreted as medical or mental health advice.
10. BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL DISCLAIMER
Any discussions concerning business, money, abundance, career, entrepreneurship, manifestation, or financial goals are provided for educational and personal-development purposes.
No representation or guarantee is made regarding income, revenue, business growth, financial results, or other monetary outcomes.
Participants are responsible for their own financial and business decisions and should consult appropriately qualified professionals when needed.
11. SPIRITUAL PRACTICES
The Challenge may incorporate spiritual concepts, meditation, visualization, reflection, manifestation practices, ceremonial practices, breath awareness, or similar activities.
Participation in any optional spiritual or ceremonial practice is voluntary.
Participants are responsible for determining whether a particular practice is appropriate for them and may modify, pause, or discontinue participation when necessary.
Spiritual concepts presented during the Challenge are not guarantees of specific outcomes.
12. COMMUNITY CONDUCT
Participants granted access to a private community, live session, coaching environment, or other group space agree to engage respectfully.
Harassment, threats, discrimination, unauthorized solicitation, disruptive conduct, sharing another participant’s confidential information, or other behavior that compromises the integrity or safety of the community may result in removal.
Access may be restricted or terminated for material violations of these Terms or community standards, subject to applicable law.
13. PARTICIPANT PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Participants may hear or receive personal information shared by other participants during live sessions, coaching, community discussions, or group experiences.
Participants agree to respect the privacy of others and not record, reproduce, publish, screenshot, distribute, or publicly disclose another participant’s personal story, image, coaching experience, or confidential information without that person’s permission.
14. RECORDINGS
Certain live sessions may be recorded for replay, educational, administrative, or program-delivery purposes.
Where participants may appear or be heard in a recording, appropriate notice and any consent required by applicable law will be obtained.
VIP Coaching Session Replays, where included, are intended for authorized participants and may not be downloaded, distributed, published, sold, or shared unless expressly authorized.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Challenge materials, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, guided meditations, workbooks, worksheets, written materials, exercises, frameworks, rituals, graphics, course content, training materials, and recordings, are protected intellectual property belonging to their respective owner or licensor.
Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own personal purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, teach, publish, upload, share, copy, modify for commercial use, or create competing products from Challenge materials without prior written permission.
16. ACCOUNT AND ACCESS
Participants are responsible for protecting their account credentials.
Unauthorized sharing of course access may result in suspension or termination of access.
If you experience a legitimate technical access problem, contact the designated support channel for assistance.
17. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
The Challenge may utilize third-party services or platforms for course hosting, payments, email communication, community participation, video conferencing, streaming, or other functions.
Use of those platforms may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Temporary outages, technical interruptions, or changes involving third-party platforms may occur outside of our control. When reasonably possible, alternative arrangements may be provided for material program components affected by such interruptions.
18. SCHEDULING AND PROGRAM CHANGES
Reasonable changes may occasionally be made to session dates, times, instructors, technology, delivery methods, or program components when circumstances require them.
Participants will be notified of material scheduling or delivery changes through the contact information associated with their enrollment.
19. TESTIMONIALS AND REVIEWS
Participants may voluntarily provide feedback, testimonials, or reviews.
Providing a testimonial does not automatically authorize unrestricted commercial use of a participant’s name, image, likeness, or other identifying information. Any such use will be handled according to the permission or release obtained from the participant and applicable law.
20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Challenge provider and its owners, team members, contractors, facilitators, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from participation in or inability to participate in the Challenge.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
21. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction identified by the business operating the 21-Day Quantum Leap Challenge, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply based on the participant’s location.
22. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the Challenge, business operations, technology, or applicable requirements.
The version applicable to a participant’s purchase will be the version presented or made available in connection with enrollment, except where subsequent changes are required by law.
23. AGREEMENT
By completing your purchase and enrolling in the 21-Day Quantum Leap Challenge, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these Terms Of Service and any policies expressly incorporated into them.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not complete your purchase.
